Hello Poms! I have finally subscribed to the feed myself - although I have been following your wonderful blog via "she who knows everything" since you started your trip. You are obviously having a great time - much better to be in Oz than wet windy cold GB. I hope the remainder of the trip is as good as it obviously has been so far,

Wow, what a wonderful blog - you really make us feel as if we are there (or is that wishful thinking!). What a wonderful experience. Can't wait to see all your photos.
I'm feeling very jealous of Brenda and Bill off to Australia next month, and Ken and Margaret going to New Zealand as well. Both couples are going for 5 weeks.

Well, Manley sounds like the perfect place, with such a laid-back lifestyle - jealous, mni?! I remember when Jane (hairdresser) went there many years ago to be with her man who was working out there for a year. Unfortunately, he forgot to mention that for the last 6 months he had been living with an Aussie Sheila! All that way to go and then fin more…

Happy New Year again! We saw the Sydney fireworks and they looked wonderful. Can't imagine what the atmosphere must have been like.
